I am an accredited Level 2 member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) offering holistic, person-centred counselling for individuals aged 12 and over.

 

Throughout my practice, I have most commonly supported people experiencing Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, Neurodiversity, Emotional Dysregulation, Depression, Vulnerable Mental Health, Grief, Loss, Trauma and General Life Ups and Downs.
